Byrd Tile is a local family-owned tile and stone distributor who has been serving central and eastern North Carolina for 50 years. The company strives to build long-term relationships with Builders, Remodelers, Designers, Architects and Contractors. Each of Byrd tile’s relationships are based on honesty and integrity, with the goal of providing clients with value, quality and expertise.

Byrd Tile is currently seeking a Design Consultant for its Raleigh showroom. This person meets with clients and takes them through the tile selection process. Design Consultants are the driving force behind bringing the homeowner’s visions into a reality. They work with builders, remodelers, designers, installers, and homeowners alike from the selections process until the material gets to the jobsite.

This is a salaried role to start out, then transitioning into a sales commission role based upon monthly sales performance. Monthly bonuses, matching 401k, and health care are also a part of the compensation package for our great team here at Byrd!
