Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Design Architect located in Thane. The Design Architect will be responsible for developing and managing architectural designs, preparing and reviewing construction drawings, and overseeing the design management process. Daily tasks include coordinating with clients and teams, ensuring designs comply with regulations, and providing design solutions from concept to completion.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Ability to manage design processes and projects effectively (Design Management)
• Experience in creating and reviewing Construction Drawings
• Excellent Communication skills
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
• Ability to work on-site in Thane
• Relevant professional licensure (preferred but not mandatory)
