My client is the the largest developer in these Caribbean islands and has been at the forefront of investment, innovation and industry in the Cayman Islands.

You would be coming onboard to work across hotels, high-end residential and large retail and infrastructure projects.

Ideally you will have Ten years’ experience within the real estate development industry (architectural design, civil and structural or mechanical and electrical engineering, and project management) on projects of $50mm scale and complexity.

My client offers a full relocation and settling in package of $5,000, plus full health insurance for you and your family, discounted private school fees and a home and car to move straight into whilst settling in. They also take care of visa's and work permits for you and your family.

Salary up to $170,000 + package.
