该职位来源于猎聘 该岗位为大众三方驻场岗位 Task a. 负责平台改制车\零部件改制车的方案设计和验证; b. 负责平台改制车\零部件改制车的白车身数据设计; c. 支持解决样车生产过程可能遇到的问题.

• Responsible for 3D data and 2D drawings mule car BIW;
• Take over construction solution for mule car;
• Support the resolution of potential issues that may arise during the production process of prototype vehicles. Requirement a.
  
  

机械工程、汽车工程学士学位或同等资格； b.

至少3年上车体开发经验，熟悉整车开发流程，至少有2个整车项目开发经验； c.

熟悉车身零件的基本设计标准； d.

熟悉CATIA，具有三维数据绘图技能，参数化建模经验者优先； e.

曾参与大众汽车项目经验者优先； f. 了解乘用车的完整开发流程，能够分析、比较和修改零件数据； g.

熟悉软钢模生产的工艺和技术； h.

能够解决原型车装配过程中的可能产生的问题;

• IT技能：MS Office、CATIA、JT2GO，Connect/KVS优先； j. 普通话流利，英语或德语能力者优先
• Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, industrial engineering or equivalent qualifications;
• At least 3 years of OEM or tier1 supplier as BIW development engineer. Familiar with development process of whole vehicle, experience of at least 2 whole car projects’ development;
• Familiar with the regulatory requirements and standards of BIW parts;
• Familiar with CATIA, solid 3D data drafting skills, parametric modeling experience is preferred;
• Experience of VW projects is preferred;
• Understand the complete development process of passenger vehicles; Be able to analyses, compare and modify the data of parts;
• Familiar with the process and technology of soft tooling production;
• Be able to solve all problems during the assembly of prototype vehicles, e.g. alternative solution, collision;
• IT skills: MS Office, CATIA, JT2GO. Connect / KVS is preferred;
• Fluent in Mandarin.Fluent English or German is preferred.
