Your Role: Design & Construction Project Manager As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for leading small to medium-sized capital projects-from concept to completion. Your work will directly impact our hospitals, clinics, and other care environments, ensuring they're safe, efficient, and built to meet the needs of our patients and staff. What You'll Do: Lead and Manage Projects: Oversee all phases of design and construction, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with Fairview's high standards. Collaborate Across Teams: Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders including Environmental Services, Infection Control, IT, Materials, and Security. Communicate Clearly and Often: Provide regular project updates, financial reports, and stakeholder communications to keep everyone aligned and informed. Drive Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify challenges, implement solutions, and ensure ongoing quality in all phases of project development. Ensure Cost-Effective Execution: Review bids, manage budgets, and secure approvals to optimize project resources. Maintain Critical Infrastructure Data: Keep floor plan and facility documents accurate and up-to-date for future planning and operations. What You Bring: Required: Associate's degree in Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field - OR 5+ years of related healthcare experience in lieu of degree Minimum 3 years of project management experience Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture 5-7 years of project management experience, ideally in healthcare or related settings Why Choose Fairview?
