To learn more about our purpose and values, visit our career site at https://careers.reece.com/us/ Purpose The Design Analyst plays a key role in assisting the Head of Design in executing divisional branch store designs that reflect Reece USA's brand standards and customer experience goals. Working under the direction of the Head of Design, this role is focused on the production of conceptual and schematic designs, drafting construction documents, and supporting the rollout of store environments across the Reece network. The Design Analyst is expected to demonstrate precision, creativity, and collaboration in helping bring store experiences to life. Key Responsibilities * Produce design packages (intake forms, block plans, test fits, renderings, schematic layouts, elevations, etc.) for new locations, relocations, remodels and rebranding. * Assist in the development and documentation of design standards and store design templates * Translate design direction into detailed construction documents in collaboration with external architectural partners * Maintain drawing libraries, fixture plans, and standard finish schedules * Support project-specific signage reviews and site-adaptations * Participate in job walks and site surveys to collect design input and verify as-built conditions * Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Real Estate, Construction, and Store Operations to ensure design intent is realized * Prepare presentation materials for internal reviews and stakeholder alignment * Research materials, products, and trends relevant to retail environments * Ensure design compliance with applicable codes (OSHA, ADA, etc.) Key Competencies and Skills Required * Strong drafting and design modeling skills * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Procore, SketchUp, V-Ray, Blue Beam, and Adobe Creative Suite * Working knowledge of retail design principles and customer experience design * Attention to detail and consistency in documentation * Ability to manage multiple design deliverables with evolving timelines * Strong communication and organizational skills Minimum Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field preferred * 2-5 years of experience in retail, commercial, or interior design * Portfolio demonstrating spatial thinking and retail-oriented projects * Ability to travel as needed (5% - 10%) Our commitment to excellent customer service is just part of our story.
