Well count on you to conduct meetings with operations personnel to drive schedule commitments and complete job requirements, in order to gather the information relative to the status of our manufacturing projects, and to coordinate shop order lifecycle. You will track shop orders to ensure positive status to the customer while also making sure financials are on target. You will also interface with internal stakeholders to coordinate projects, answer questions, resolve issues, expedite deliveries, schedule shipments, communicate customer requirements, monitor/control project cost, schedule, quality assurance and risks, ensuring successful on time deliveries. The DPMO will also advise management of the status of work in progress, material availability, and potential production problems to ensure that personnel, equipment, materials and services are provided as needed.
