Drive and manage operations daily activities including Production, Engineering & Maintenance and Planning.
Response for Operations KPIs by provide hands on leadership and team management to ensure the product availability, optimize production conversion cost and product quality;
Response for site operations budget align with company’s business strategy;
Response for site capacity expansion projects to support business growth;
Ensure Procedures related to Operations Transferring successfully from Group Company to local company;
Response for site demanding and production scheduling to get a better inventory performance;
Drive and lead site 5S activity and promoting rationalization suggestion and continuous improvement to increase efficiency, quality and reduce cost;
Response for site knowledge management and document management；
Response for team performance review and talent development plan；
Other tasks assigned by company. Requirements
Bachelor or above degree, with Major in Engineering or Technical referred, with above 5 years experience in Production Manufacturing Industry, with small components manufacture industry working experience preferred;
Master of English both written and Spoken, with Study or Work abroad experience is a Plus;
Good knowledge of MS office Software, especially Expert level of Excel, good at data analysis, with ERP system operating experience, SAP is a Plus;
With high flexibility, good problem solving skills, quick learner, and with strong willing to grow and develop with Company;
With excellent collaborative capability and team-work spirit, with strong responsibilities;
