Position Overview:
We are looking for a Software Implementation & Customer Relations Leader with deep domain expertise in green sand foundries. This individual will lead software deployment projects, manage client relationships, resolve foundry-related issues, and ensure successful adoption of our AI-powered solution.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management & Implementation
- Develop and oversee project plans, budgets, and timelines for software deployments.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams (Development, IT, Engineering) and client stakeholders.
- Lead end-to-end implementation, including system configuration, testing, and go-live support.
- Deliver product demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions to potential clients.
Client Engagement & Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact during the implementation phase and beyond.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for client teams.
- Gather and analyze user feedback to improve the client experience.
Domain & Technical Expertise
- Respond to technical queries related to green sand moulding and foundry operations.
- Monitor live foundry processes and provide expert troubleshooting support.
- Guide clients in optimizing green sand quality, additive usage, and production efficiency.
- Integrate solutions with ERP systems and SCADA platforms for enhanced process visibility.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and motivate cross-functional implementation teams.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to enhance onboarding and customer success.
- Share field insights to influence product innovation and maintain industry relevance.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Qualifications: B.E. / B.Tech in Metallurgy, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 6–8 years of relevant experience in the foundry and metal casting industry.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with green sand systems and industrial automation tools is preferred.
- Ability to travel as needed and work closely with clients onsite.
