We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Deputy General Manager in property development. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing high-rise or industrial developments, with a strong focus on project coordination, contract administration. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Pre & post contract administration – to monitor variation works, ensure specification and Certificate of Practical Completion are in order or applicable for the works.
• To manage and ensure that construction works are carried out within time, quality and cost.
• To manage, liaise and coordinate with contractors, consultants and resident site staff to ensure smooth and efficient implementation of project.
• To ensure the effective implementation of ISO assessment system.
• To monitor and ensure all rectification of customers’ complaints in Defects Notification Forms are effectively carried out to customers’ expectation.
• To assist the HSE Department in preparation, implementation, monitoring and maintenance of the Health, Safety and Environmental management system.
• Any other duty and responsibility which the company may assign from time to time.

Requirements:

• Degree in Building, Civil / Structural Engineering or project management.
• Preferably, candidates with experience in project management related to high-rise apartment or industrial development
• Min 10 years of working experience in property development industry with at least 5 years in similar capacity.
• Experience with full cycle of property development.
• Knowledge in infra will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge on construction management, contract administration and budgeting.
• Well versed in architecture, structural, mechanical and electrical works.
• Knowledge in engineering design detailing and able to make quick decision on contractual and site matters.
• Demonstrates strong leadership abilities and possesses excellent interpersonal skills in establishing and nurturing relationships, both internally and externally.
• Possess exceptional analytical capabilities, along with exemplary organizational and leadership skills.
