Summary
Purpose Of The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Analytics Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully driving data-driven digital marketing campaigns and leveraging advanced analytics tools to deliver measurable results.
Job Responsibilities
Campaign Management:
To execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., Google, Meta, email, display, etc.).
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective campaign strategies, target audiences, and compelling content.
Optimize campaign performance based on analytics insights and industry best practices.
Advanced Analytics:
Develop and implement comprehensive analytics strategies to measure and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance metrics, including click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI.
Identify opportunities for optimization and make data-driven recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
Adobe Analytics Mastery:
Proficiently utilize Adobe Analytics for data collection, segmentation, reporting, and analysis.
Leverage Adobe Analytics to track customer journeys, measure attribution, and identify key performance indicators.
Develop custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Clickstream Analysis:
Analyse website traffic patterns, user behaviour, and customer journeys using clickstream data.
Identify areas for improvement in website design, content, and user experience.
Optimize website elements based on clickstream data insights.
Customer Tracking:
Implement effective customer tracking mechanisms to gather valuable data on customer behaviour and preferences.
Analyse customer data to personalize marketing messages and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualification
Master's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics, with a strong focus on Adobe Analytics.
Proven track record of successfully running and optimizing digital marketing campaigns within/ for a product organization.
In-depth knowledge of clickstream analytics and customer tracking methodologies.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience working with Google, Meta, and other major digital advertising platforms.
