The Deputy Executive Director supports the overall administrative leadership of Radio Milwaukee by providing strategic oversight of the organization's operational, financial, and administrative functions. This role is responsible for driving organizational efficiency, ensuring robust administrative infrastructure, and supporting the Executive Director in managing the organization’s core business operations.

This role works in partnership with the Executive Director, who leads programming, content, and creativity, ensuring that operations support and enhance the station’s mission. The Deputy Executive Director supervises the Director of Development, Director of Underwriting, Community Marketing Manager, Facilities Manager, and Finance Manager.
