Summary

Job Summary:

Support the Branch Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining compliance with banking regulations to enhance branch performance and profitability.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist Branch Manager to supervise and monitor daily branch operations
  • Ensure the branch is operated in accordance with the established rules, procedures and guidelines
  • Perform cross selling of bank products


Requirements:

  • Diploma or above
  • Pass in HKSI and IIQE Licensing Examinations
  • Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience
  • Good command of MS Office and computer skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong self-motivation and able to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
