Office Location: 1901 Royal Ln, Farmers Branch, TX 75234, USA Key Duties and Responsibilities * Handling any shipping/extraction email queries received from the Account teams with regards to their accounts and appliances. * Liaising with customers to arrange the extraction of our appliances, helping them to prepare them for shipment and arrange the courier service for them to be collected and returned. * Helping to arrange and prepare shipments out of our depots primarily but also assisting other departments in any shipping requirements they may have. E.g. for support and maintenance purposes. * Monitoring all shipments to ensure they arrive on time and resolving any issues encountered along the way to keep the process as smooth and quick as possible. * Maintaining records on our internal systems to ensure that all information Is current and accurate with regards to the whereabouts of all stock. * Liaising with appliance suppliers to ensure sufficient supply of all stock to meet demand * Ensuring that the site is well maintained, and that security, health & safety policies are all adhered to * Ensuring that the general day to day operation is running smoothly and efficiently. Requirements * Experience working in an office environment and dealing with administrative tasks * Excellent Numeracy and communication skills * Organized, self-motivated and able to prioritize work * Familiar with Microsoft Office products, particularly Outlook and Excel * Experience in office management, including health & safety and maintenance co-ordination * Fire Marshall and First Aid qualifications are ideal, but not required.
