Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Transition Advisor in Georgia to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cultivating relationships within the dental community, providing industry expertise, and promoting our comprehensive range of services including practice transitions, consulting, and associate placement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and nurture relationships with dentists, offering industry-leading insights and advocating for our suite of services.
• Guide dentists through the complete transition process: from practice valuation to packaging, marketing, negotiation, and finalizing contracts.
• Maintain regular updates in Salesforce and liaise effectively with the US Dental Transitions team on ongoing opportunities.
• Engage in prospecting, lead generation, and attend relevant networking events to build a robust sales pipeline.

Preferred Background:

• Proven track record and an established network within the dental industry.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Prior experience in dental sales is essential.

Compensation:

This is a commission-based role. The compensation structure is highly lucrative and rewards the Advisor for the industry experience they bring.
