Schedule: Part Time – 32 hours/pay period – Monday to Friday – 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
As a Dental Hygienist, you'll lead compassionate, evidence-based oral hygiene services across a variety of senior living settings—from independent and assisted living to skilled nursing. Your clinical expertise will help us elevate the standard of care by supporting individualized oral health plans, preventive care, and education for residents, their families, and care teams. You’ll be essential in helping residents maintain optimal health, dignity, and comfort through every stage of life.

As a Dental Hygienist, You Will
- Deliver Clinical Oral Health Care – Provide baseline oral health and hygiene assessments following accepted periodontal care principles. Offer individualized preventive services and support residents’ daily oral hygiene management through evidence-based practices.
- Perform Hygiene Services – Offer direct care including prophylaxis, fluoride treatments, scaling, and periodontal maintenance when indicated.
- Support Staff and Resident Education – Create and deliver oral care education and hands-on training for nursing and culinary staff, ensuring residents receive appropriate and dignified support in daily care routines.
- Collaborate with Care Teams – Partner with nurses, care teams, and physicians to develop and implement individualized Daily Oral Care Plans. Ensure continuity of care through documentation and real-time communication.

This Job Also Requires
- An active Dental Hygienist license in the state of Minnesota.
- Strong knowledge of geriatric dental hygiene practices and preventative care.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Ability to pass state mandated background checks.
- Physical capability to perform all essential job functions.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English to ensure effective communication with residents, staff, and families.
