Your Mission:

We are looking for a highly motivated Demand Planner EMEA to join our Planning Team based in Milan!

Reporting to the Group Demand Planning Manager, you will play a key role in driving accurate and timely demand forecasts across the EMEA region. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply with market needs, support decision-making through data analysis, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our planning processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate demand forecasts using statistical models and “what-if” analyses through demand planning applications.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align forecasting with business drivers and market trends.
• Prepare and maintain reporting dashboards and KPIs to monitor forecast accuracy and inventory targets, supporting data-driven decisions.
• Manage stock planning activities, ensuring optimal inventory levels across warehouses and aligning supply with demand.
• Analyze sales and inventory trends, including identification of slow-moving items and phase-in/phase-out planning.
• Utilize planning software and ERP tools to document, track, and optimize demand and inventory data.
• Manage demand planning activities across a portfolio of over 300 SKUs across two main catalogues.

The Ideal Candidate:

• 4 years of experience as a Demand Planner or in related roles.
• Solid understanding of forecasting models, data analysis, and product lifecycle trends.
• Proficiency with demand planning software and ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft D365, Office, Business Intelligence tools).
• Experience managing a structured S&OP calendar and related tasks throughout the month.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
• Technical proficiency in leveraging advanced software and AI-driven tools for forecasting.
• Sound business judgment and the ability to support data-driven decisions.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills; ability to work cross-functionally beyond the supply chain.
• Leadership mindset with the ability to drive processes and deliver on tasks and projects.
