  •  Plan and coordinate the delivery of campaign assets — collaborating with content, digital and design teams
  •  Monitor industry trends, marketing best practices and new tools to enhance campaign effectiveness
  • Conduct research to understand market dynamics, buyer behavior and opportunities for growth
  •  Manage demand generation performance metrics and forecasting to support revenue goals
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve lead quality, velocity, and conversion rates
  •  Support continuous campaign testing, iteration and innovation
  • Attend relevant events and webinars to stay informed and expand professional networks

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot — including workflows, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, segmentation and reporting
  • A strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys, lead generation tactics and pipeline acceleration strategies
  • Commercially minded and data-driven — comfortable owning metrics and using insights to drive decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  •  Strategic thinker with attention to detail and a focus on execution
  •  Self-starter with a growth mindset and a passion for marketing that drives real business outcomes
