Job Description: This position belongs to a core team within Platform Product Management tasked with allocating hardware to customers and assisting with any issues or questions they have regarding their orders. This entails monitoring hardware orders for accurate information, working directly with program leads for allocation against customer demand, and processing updates or cancellations of orders in the Rapid Response system. The Operations team relies on the information generated from allocations on a daily basis in order to deliver much needed hardware to customers, so accuracy and efficiency is vital to this position.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support and leadership including the following core priorities:
* Monitor aging inventory report to prevent excess inventory
* Ensure accuracy of employee information in Web Order Form and Rapid Response
* Provide allocations to operations in a timely manner
* Assist customers with hardware/order questions and escalate to appropriate contacts when necessary
* Confirm shipment data is decrementing the forecast.
* Request PO/SO from international Demand Analysts for allocations in QPI when necessary
* Process Hardware Transfers and IPS Charge Offs on a weekly basis
* Proficiency in Excel data management. Ability to learn various programs including Oracle.
* Ability to be flexible in a dynamic environment.
* Ability to interface with various functional groups across the company.
* Trouble shooting skills.
* Ability to work across teams and work through difficult situations.

Comments for Suppliers: This is a temp position that could potentially roll to full time if the headcount is approved towards the end of the contract and the person has proven to have the appropriate skill set. There will be early morning and late night meetings on occasion. Job might be partially on site and partially off site.
4 year degree, experience with data bases, data analysis, reporting to management and customer service, fluent in MS Office Suite, detail oriented, flexible, able to multi task under pressure.
