About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned DELMIA Architect to lead the design, optimization, and integration of advanced PLM and Digital Manufacturing solutions, with a special focus on Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) platform. You will play a critical role in defining technical strategies that enhance manufacturing efficiency, streamline operations, and drive digital transformation for a high-impact aerospace program.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Define end-to-end technical solutions aligned with enterprise architecture strategies, program requirements, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Programs, IT, Manufacturing) and external stakeholders (Vendors) to align architectural roadmaps.
  • Guide the optimization of Bill of Process (BoP) to improve manufacturing workflows and production efficiency.
  • Design and implement 3D Interactive Work Instructions to enhance shop floor operations and operator training.
  • Architect and optimize Composite Manufacturing and Additive Manufacturing processes.
  • Lead the analysis, design, configuration, development, and integration of manufacturing solutions within the PLM environment.
  • Provide expert leadership on DELMIA applications within the 3DEXPERIENCE platform (preferably version 2020x or later).
  • Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify improvement opportunities, including automation of repetitive tasks within the platform.
  • Drive implementation of industry best practices and standards to improve manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
  • Collaborate with business partners, analysts, and customers to architect new and enhanced PLM solutions.
  • Mentor, coach, and support junior team members, contributing to the development of the PLM talent pipeline.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of overall professional experience in Information Technology or Manufacturing Engineering.
  • 7+ years' experience implementing and supporting PLM and Digital Manufacturing Systems in a manufacturing environment.
  • Deep expertise with Dassault Systèmes solutions, especially ENOVIA and DELMIA.
  • Extensive experience in implementing Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) solutions (2020x version or higher preferred).
  • Strong understanding of Manufacturing Item Definition (MID), Manufacturing Bill of Materials (MBOM), and Bill of Process (BoP).
  • Working knowledge of 3D Interactive Work Instructions, NC Programming, Composite Manufacturing, and Additive Manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with software development principles, lifecycle methodologies, and infrastructure/database systems.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex technical solutions to diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.


Desired Skills:

  • Experience automating workflows within 3DEXPERIENCE to reduce errors and boost efficiency.
  • Knowledge of digital transformation initiatives in a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
  • Ability to mentor junior architects and build technical capability within the organization.
