Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Delivery Manager / Project Manager to lead the delivery of new features and maintain the high standards of our product, Mobilizeon. The successful candidate will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from conception to deployment, ensuring that all features are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the project's lifecycle from initiation and planning through to closure, ensuring effective delivery of project commitments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA specialists, to ensure seamless development and execution of product features. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis, setting and continually managing project expectations. Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path. Plan, schedule, and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using appropriate tools. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans. Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in project management and delivery, particularly in the technology sector. Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices. Experience in the Agile development process. Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is preferred.
