Position Overview

You are an innovative, curious, agile practitioner and a self-driven Project Manager, who brings to the table a technical background and expertise. You are an impeccable executioner of the product life cycle. You embrace ambiguity and adhere to the values and ways of working focused on client needs, delivering value and ownership-mindset. You look after the client deliveries and help ship the right features to the users.

What You’ll Do

  • Ensure that teams have appropriate product and technical specifications, direction, and resources to deliver products with high efficiency and efficacy by establishing realistic estimates for timelines while ensuring target to meet deadlines.
  • Expertise in managing full project management life cycle for implementing highly complex, large-scale, strategic IT and business initiatives.
  • Work closely with stakeholders/clients, for understanding the system’s functional and non-functional requirements in defining the Product Vision and Deliveries.
  • Demonstrate client management and leadership abilities during crisis
  • Develop realistic project plans/schedule and track Team’s progress in meeting milestones and deliverables.
  • Coordinate release and sprint planning.
  • Partner with teams to create an overall delivery strategy.
  • Provide regular project updates to management on project status including risk mitigation plan.
  • Voice of the customer - Understanding the voice of the customer to ensure that the platform/platform capabilities are delivered according to the expectations.

What We’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science.
  • 5+ experience in client and escalation management
  • 5-10 years in Delivery management, stakeholder management
  • End to end understanding of cloud-based platform delivery.
  • Strong experience of Agile framework is a must.
  • Understanding of AWS/Azure/GCP will be a plus.
  • Exposure to various Project Management tools is a must (Ex: JIRA, Smartsheet, etc.)
  • Experience in the BFSI industry will be a plus but it is not mandatory.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
  • Good knowledge on software effort estimation techniques is a desired.
