Location: Atlanta, Georgia Position type: Fulltime Responsibilities: * Strategic Client Partnership: Develop and cultivate deep, strategic partnerships with key client stakeholders, understanding their business vision, supply chain challenges, and IT priorities. * Trusted Advisor Role: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on IT solutions and strategies that align with their supply chain goals, providing insights and recommendations based on industry's best practices and our company's expertise. * Client Advocacy: Act as the voice of the client within our organization, ensuring their needs and perspectives are understood and integrated into our delivery processes. * Solution Leadership: Lead the definition and articulation of IT supply chain solutions that directly address client business requirements and deliver measurable outcomes. * Delivery Oversight with Client Focus: Oversee the planning and execution of IT supply chain projects, ensuring a strong focus on client satisfaction, clear communication, and proactive management of expectations. * Collaborative Team Leadership: Lead and inspire cross-functional delivery teams, fostering a collaborative environment where team members are aligned with client objectives and empowered to deliver exceptional results. * Value Realization: Work closely with clients to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to demonstrate the value and impact of the delivered IT solutions on their supply chain operations. * Risk and Issue Leadership: Proactively identify and lead the mitigation of project risks and issues, ensuring transparent communication with clients and collaborative problem-solving. * Account Growth and Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify opportunities for expanding our services within client accounts, aligning our capabilities with their evolving supply chain IT needs. * Client Communication and Engagement Leadership: Lead all aspects of client communication, including executive-level presentations, progress updates, and strategic discussions. * Service Excellence Champion: Drive a culture of service excellence within the delivery team, continuously seeking ways to improve client satisfaction and delivery outcomes. * Contract and Expectation Management: Lead the management of project scope, contracts, and client expectations, ensuring alignment and mutual understanding. * Conflict Resolution and Negotiation Leadership: Effectively lead the resolution of any conflicts or disagreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in information technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. * 15 + years of progressive experience in IT project or program management, with a strong emphasis on delivering IT solutions within the supply chain domain for external clients, and demonstrable experience in leading client relationships. * Proven track record of building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients, particularly within the supply chain sector. * Deep understanding of supply chain principles, processes, and related IT systems. * Significant experience in a client-facing role within an IT service company or consulting environment, with a focus on understanding and addressing client business needs. * Excellent leadership, communication (both written and verbal), presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence and negotiate with clients at all levels. * Strong business acumen and the ability to understand the strategic context of client engagements. * Experience in leading and motivating cross-functional teams in a client-centric environment. * Proficiency in project management tools and software. * Experience managing and navigating complex client organizations. * Relevant certifications such as PMP, CSM, or equivalent leadership-focused certifications are highly desirable. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with specific supply chain software platforms and vendors, and the ability to articulate their value to clients. * Consulting experience in the supply chain IT domain, with a focus on client relationship management. * Experience in pre-sales activities, including leading client discovery sessions and contributing to proposal development. * Familiarity with value selling methodologies and demonstrating ROI to clients.
