• Plan and execute project delivery with a focus on time, budget, and quality.
• Track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Build, lead, and manage effective project teams.
• Ensure work is transparent, efficient, and well-communicated.
• Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders.
• Uphold high standards of ethics, integrity, and management quality.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in IT project management in in-house or outsourcing environments.
• Track record of leading multinational teams.
• Strong customer and team orientation.
• Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks.
• Experience managing large-scale IT projects.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and modern software engineering practices.
• Background in a technical role (Software Development, QA, or DevOps).
• Adaptability to business needs and changing requirements.
• Independent, self-reliant mindset with a decision-making attitude.
• Strong ownership and accountability.
• Proactive and results-oriented approach.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
