Now, we’re looking for a Delivery Manager who’s ready to drive technical deliveries and make a tangible impact on our clients and the future of KYC.

About the Role

As a Delivery Manager, you'll take charge of implementing our Identity Verification and AML APIs for some of Europe’s most innovative financial and non-financial platforms. You’ll be the technical point of contact during the integration phase by leading client onboarding, solving challenges, and ensuring our delivery is smooth, scalable, and aligned with our clients’ expectations.

You’ll work cross-functionally with our Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Compliance teams, helping translate technical goals into real world implementations that power digital trust.

What You’ll Do

Own Client Integrations:

• Lead technical delivery from post-sales handoff through go live;
• Guide clients through API integration, resolve technical issues, and ensure full alignment with Fourthline’s product capabilities;
• Build strong client relationships as their trusted technical advisor during onboarding.

Drive Cross-Team Collaboration:

• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Compliance to design and execute tailored solutions;
• Translate technical concepts clearly for non-technical stakeholders;
• Manage dependencies, scope, and timelines to keep integrations on track.

Improve How We Deliver:

• Gather client feedback to improve our product, platform and delivery experience;
• Help develop internal processes, documentation, and best practices to support scale;
• Contribute to building a high performing, fast-moving delivery organization;

What You Bring

Must Haves

• 2–4 years of recent and hands-on experience in a client facing, technical role (e.g., technical project management, solution engineering, SaaS/API implementation);
• Experience working with REST APIs and modern integration frameworks;
• Proven ability to manage multiple integration projects at once in a structured, proactive way;
• Excellent communication skills in English and confident with both technical and business audiences;
• Hands-on experience with tools like Postman, Jira, Looker, or Datadog / Coralogix;
• A collaborative mindset with a track record of working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in FinTech, RegTech, or high growth SaaS environments;
• Background in strategy consulting or a degree in computer science or a related technical field;
• Familiarity with regulatory/compliance topics in financial services;
• Prior experience scaling technical delivery processes or teams.
