Within Operations, we are growing our Digital Inside Sales (DIS) team. Our groundbreaking approach to sales brings clients the right combination of trusted technical sellers and innovative technology, powered by data and insights.
Delivery Lead Manager
* Own contract details, ensure achievable outcomes, manage finances, and execute scope with robust change management
* Track financial metrics, highlight variances, and develop interventions to meet Original Deal Economics (ODE)
* Maintain systematic quality standards, flag critical delivery issues, and manage escalations with recovery plans
* Foster trusted client relationships, ensure proactive communication, and align delivery with client expectations
* Understand client business problems, establish KPIs, and deliver measurable outcomes with domain expertise
* Evangelize new delivery methods, tools, and technologies to drive increased value and productivity
* Build and resource the best team, foster a positive culture, and ensure alignment with Accenture core values
* Secure, onboard, and develop talent to fill skill gaps and achieve delivery outcomes
* Share best practices, mentor peers, and contribute to thought leadership within the delivery community
* Leverage successful delivery outcomes to identify and pursue additional client opportunities
Qualification
Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree
* Minimum 5 years of experience in operations delivery
* Minimum 5 years of experience managing teams
* Minimum 5 years of experience in client engagement
Preferred Qualifications
* Global experience
This role is work-site dependent and requires you to work, on-site, five days a week at the Accenture office in Atlanta (Buckhead).
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
