Job Purpose

The job role is in the Strategy Research & Consulting division at Acuity, one of the fastest growing segments within the firm. This opportunity is ideal for a private equity /investment banking / strategy consulting professional who is interested in working with leading global private equity funds and corporations.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Aggregation for the entire portfolios from deal sites/portals
• Maintaining Client’s templates and update borrower’s financials, Cap structures and Covenants.
• Financial Models: Supporting clients on financial modelling assignments by building end to end 3-statement or detailed models, comprising of valuations and scenario analysis.
• Should be able to work on requests comprising of project finance models.
• Updating the existing models based on the latest quarter earnings and preparing a small earnings summaries.
• Creating models based on various business combination like merger, acquisition, divestiture, LBO etc.
• Valuation analysis: required detailed analysisthrough income method like DCF, DDM, EVA, Residual Income method etc. or through relative valuation using different valuation multiple
• Sound knowledge on different forms of debt and capital structure of a company.
• Would be required to create analytical charts based on data provided by the client.
  
  

Key Competencies

• At least 2 years of experience in quantitative analysis including financial modeling, trading comps, transactions comps, benchmarking etc.
• CFA, Chartered Accountant, MBA from a top tier business school.
• Strong communication skills and experience in client relationship management.
• Ability to work Independently and effectively under tight deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of Financial fundamentals, strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate ideas and presenting findings and recommendations.
