About the job you're considering:
We are seeking a highly experienced Test Automation Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in test automation, framework development, and maintenance. They will be responsible for creating and implementing test automation strategies, providing proof of concept and problem-specific solutions, and leading an offshore team. Excellent knowledge in Python programming, Robot Framework, Selenium, and Appium is essential. Experience with Eggplant for POS automation, PowerBI or any reporting/dashboard tool, Azure Data Factory, UFT, Generative AI, LLM, and Azure OpenAI is highly desirable. Strong project management and leadership skills are a must.
Your Role:
* Develop and maintain test automation frameworks.
* Design and implement test automation strategies.
* Provide proof of concept and problem-specific solutions.
* Lead and manage an offshore team, delegating tasks effectively.
* Handle customer interactions and ensure satisfaction.
* Utilize Python, Robot Framework, Selenium, and Appium for automation tasks.
* Implement POS automation using Eggplant.
* Generate reports and dashboards using PowerBI or similar tools.
* Work with Azure Data Factory and UFT for various automation needs.
* Explore and integrate Generative AI, LLM, and Azure OpenAI into automation processes.
Your Skills and Experience:
* Minimum 15+ years of experience in IT.
* Excellent knowledge in test automation and framework development.
* Proficiency in Python programming, Robot Framework, Selenium, and Appium.
* Experience with Eggplant for POS automation.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide tailored solutions.
* Project management and leadership skills.
* Experience in handling offshore teams and customer interactions.
Preferred Skills:
* Knowledge of PowerBI or any reporting/dashboard tool.
* Experience with Azure Data Factory and UFT.
* Familiarity with Generative AI, LLM, and Azure OpenAI.
Education:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
