As a Business Analyst you will play a crucial role in delivering a cutting-edge communication platform for the Ministry of Defence. Your work will help to achieve seamless communication and collaboration across the Defence domain. To be successful in this role you will need to be skilled in analysing problems and opportunities, and researching business operations (people, processes, technology). You will have the expertise to identify improvements, evaluate options, and define success.

Crucially, you will be able to elicit user and business needs for effective service and change delivery. Through your analysis skills, you'll contribute to prioritisation and Minimum Viable Product (MVP) definition, ensuring solutions meet user and business goals within policy constraints. You'll also have proven experience of effective stakeholder engagement across strategic, fast-paced settings.

Hybrid Working

Where business needs allow, some roles may be suitable for a combination of office and home-based working.  This is a non-contractual arrangement where all employees will be expected to spend a minimum of 60% of their working time in office, subject to capacity.
