Insight Global is seeking a Decision Support Analyst and a Senior Decision Support Analyst to join the Corporate Decision Support team for a large healthcare system base in Baltimore, MD. This role involves working closely with our budgeting and rolling forecast systems, utilizing Axiom (an Excel-based program), and collaborating with consultants to ensure the highest level of training and accuracy in our financial data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize budgeting and rolling forecast systems using Axiom.
• Utilize available resources and training guides to gain a deep understanding of the system. Provide training at the highest level to ensure effective use of Axiom.
• Take initiative to identify what works and what doesn't within the system. Implement improvements based on findings.
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) to ensure the accuracy of data within Axiom. Conduct audits, make recommendations, and understand the underlying data.
• Work with consultants to leverage their expertise and enhance system performance.
• Apply critical thinking skills to analyze data, solve problems, and make informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• 3+ years of experience with financial planning, financial analysis, budgeting, or accounting experience
• Healthcare financial analysis experience

Plusses

• CPA
• Masters Degree
• Prior Big Four experience

Primarily remote, occasional onsite requirement to corporate office in Linthicum Heights, MD.

Pay: $32-47/hr (Based on experience, education, certifications). Benefits offered by employer.
