Compensation:
Pay Range: $60,835.00 - $98,855.00 / year

Job Description:
To maintain the net revenue model of the decision support/cost accounting system. To develop management reports and data analyses to aid Administration in decision-making processes, including maintenance of routine reports and development of ad hoc financial reporting.
- Serves as benchmarking coordinator with responsibility for gathering and preparing benchmarking data to be submitted to external benchmarking organizations.
- Conducts, documents and interprets complex financial analysis.
- Addresses specific questions, concerns and requests for senior leadership, primarily related to labor expenses, productivity management, and service line reporting.
- Provides support during hospital month end closeout including financial accruals, preparation of monthly variance meeting materials, and department variance reporting.
- Designs, develops, implements, and maintains routine reports and ad hoc reporting and analysis by hospital service line, financial class, Diagnostic Related Group (DRG), physician, etc.
- Serves as the financial liaison for several hospital operational areas, managing day-to-day transactions and providing financial support as requested.
- Assists with the annual hospital budget process.
- Compiles and analyzes large and complex data from financial and budgeting systems and develops comprehensive recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field required and two (2) years of related experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.
