What You Will Be Doing

  • Leading Admissions Journey: Represent 2 Hour Learning to prospective families, managing inquiries, guiding them through applications, and ensuring a seamless process.
  • Creating Memorable Impressions: Organize school tours, open houses, and information sessions that highlight our efficient learning model and its benefits.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Monitor admissions metrics, analyze trends in HubSpot and SIS, and provide insights to leadership for strategic outreach improvements.
  • Enhancing Our Procedures: Keep admissions FAQs and SOPs updated, ensuring clarity and consistency in all interactions.
  • Fostering Relationships: Engage with prospective families empathetically, ensuring a smooth and memorable admissions journey.

What You Won’t Be Doing

  • Dealing with Bureaucratic Delays: Act swiftly to enhance the admissions experience without navigating layers of approvals.
  • Managing a Large Team: Focus on leading the admissions process individually rather than overseeing a large team.
  • Adhering to Scripts: Tailor each interaction to the unique needs of each family, avoiding pre-set dialogues.

Dean Of Enrollment Key Responsibilities

Basic Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in managing admissions or enrollment processes in competitive academic settings, with proven enrollment growth.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional presence that inspires confidence.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple families, campuses, and deadlines.
  • Proficient in CRM and SIS systems (e.g., HubSpot, Veracross) with experience in maintaining accurate data records.
  • Demonstrated experience in providing high-touch, client-facing service.
  • Based in Austin, TX, or willing to relocate, with up to 20% travel within the U.S.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
