We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Dealer Network Development Supervisor with expertise in the car sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building strong partnerships, and driving revenue. You will play a key role in expanding market share, enhancing customer relationships, and achieving strategic objectives in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in making annual plans for the development of the local dealer network

• Support and supervise the implementation of dealer showroom construction standards

• Monitor and report dealer network breakeven analysis

• Assist in researching dealer and customer satisfaction to enhance local market performance

• Supervise the design, production, delivery, and acceptance of showroom materials

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of working experience in an automotive dealer network department.

• Fluent English and Turkish in spoken and written

• Bachelor's degree or above

• Good analytical skills, proficient in MS Office

• Strong communication and organizational skills preferred
