About The Job

This resource will join a team of IT professionals involved in project management and service delivery for project and BAU (Business as Usual) on data products delivered by Data, BI & Analytics Services for AXA entities.

We are looking for a passionate Business Analyst to join our dynamic team and contribute to optimizing our Data products.

Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing user needs and implementing appropriate solutions.

Your Main Responsibilities Will Include

  • Analyzing and documenting functional and technical requirements ;
  • Developing functional and technical specifications ;
  • Collaborating with technical teams to ensure product compliance ;
  • Participating in testing and validating developments ;
  • Monitoring projects and their evolutions ;
  • Analyzing data to derive strategic recommendations ;
  • Facilitating meetings with stakeholders to gather feedback and adjust priorities ;
  • Promoting the adoption of products among users.

Expected Skills & Experience

  • Higher education degree in computer science or related field ;
  • 5 years of operational experience in BI and Data ;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools and Cloud Azure technologies ;
  • Knowledge of technical environments, particularly Power BI and Databricks ;
  • Experience with BAU/RUN methodology and associated tools (notably ServiceNow).

Soft Skills

  • Professional English both verbal and written ;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities ;
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment ;
  • Adaptability and flexibility to changing priorities and demands ;
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail ;
  • Proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.
