  • Project post tape out schedule and production cost management
  • Change management and execution
  • NPI schedule control (ATE, SLT, qual) and tracking
  • Production capacity and test program readiness
  • MP schedule control and yield tracking

Requirement

  • Highly motivated, proven experience in cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience managing and driving high-performing teams
  • 5+ years of experience in semiconductor, especially for advanced wafer fabrication or package
