As a database design and development specialist, this position will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining database systems and applications for products in Hexagon Safety & Infrastructure. This includes database schema design, experience with the infrastructure for accessing the database, performance tuning and High Availability and disaster recovery. This position will work on our next-generation computer-aided dispatch system in a high-performance agile/scrum team of mixed disciplines. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline with 5 or more years of relevant experience. Experience working in an agile/scrum environment preferred Experience in .Net development with C# preferred Experience with relational database concepts and SQL required Oracle and SQLServer Windows, Linux and Azure platforms Experience with these access technologies required ADO .net Entity Framework Linq PL/SQL TSQL Experience with Database administration and maintenance required
