Our mission is to provide an affordable "home from home" for students of different nationalities and diverse cultures, supported by a robust scholarship program. Summary of Role
International Students House is seeking a Database & Membership Administrator to join our team. This role will support the charity in administering our CRM system (Dynamics 365) and Visitor Membership scheme. You will play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and accessibility of our data, ensuring that users within the organisation can access it easily and securely. Additionally, you will assist the IT Manager in safeguarding data and ensuring compliance with our privacy policy.
A key aspect of the role involves managing the Membership scheme, which is currently under review with a target of 2,000 members. You will ensure that annual fees are processed and new sign-ups are actioned smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
About You
We are looking for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and has experience using Microsoft Office programs. Experience with data management and quality issues will be beneficial, but training on the CRM system will be provided for the right candidate.
