Job Description

General Summary of Duties: Responsible for data and execution components of multiple direct mail and email projects including advertising for promotions, events, gaming, dining, and hotel offers. The role requires fast-paced project management throughout the lifecycle of the campaign, from creation through delivery to the guests.

Example of Duties (includes but is not limited to the following):

• Understand and adhere to all Grand Victoria Casino and Marketing Department standards, policies and procedures.
• Obtain a strong understanding of the Internal Control Systems (ICS) and Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS).
• Ability to maintain and comply with Grand Victoria Casino’s Family Style Service Standards.
• Set up offer segmentation, query criteria from an existing database, and set up execution rules for various projects.
• Manage mailed/e-mailed/DLC campaigns and all associated components
• Manage 8-10 projects per production month
• Simultaneous responsibility for project tasks in beginning, intermediate and final stages of completion
• Ownership of projects including: review, routing, vendor interaction, proofing and all inquiries and notifications
• Multi-task and change work directions quickly when needed. Must have the ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage multiple priorities in a demanding work environment.
• Complies with all policies, procedures, and gaming regulations
• Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned
• Perform all tasks that may be assigned in the future.
  
  

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business-related Field preferred or similar related work experience preferred; Copywriting and proofreading experience preferred; Familiarity with database structures, database terminology, database management, and database querying tools preferred;

Certificate/License: Level 3 Occupational License with Illinois Gaming Board.

Salary Range: $45.000 - $49,500 (Depending on Experience)
