Database/CRM Manager – Recruitment CRM Systems

Are you an expert in database management with experience in recruitment CRM systems?

We're looking for a Cape Town-based CRM Manager to help us streamline and elevate our data-driven recruitment efforts. We are a dynamic technology and financial trading recruitment company connecting top talent with cutting-edge firms. As we grow, we need a dedicated CRM Manager to oversee the health, functionality, and performance of our recruitment CRM system.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Database Management: Manage, maintain, and optimise a large-scale recruitment CRM system, ensuring data integrity and usability.
• CRM Migration: Lead and execute CRM migration projects with accuracy, minimal disruption, and strategic insight.
• Integration Oversight: Manage the integration of third-party tools, platforms, and APIs into the CRM.
• User Support: Provide CRM training, support, and troubleshooting for team members.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine CRM processes and workflows.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience managing large databases within a recruitment CRM environment.
• Successful track record of CRM migration projects.
• Hands-on experience with system integrations and API management.
• Highly KPI-driven with the ability to report on CRM performance.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English.
• Based in Cape Town, with flexibility to work remotely.

This is a 3-month contract position paying R20,000 per month, with a strong likelihood of extending into a 12-month project based on performance and business needs.
