Job Responsibilities : Design and implement database structures, including tables, indexes, views, and constraints. Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries and PL/SQL procedures. Ensure data integrity, performance, security, and availability of databases. Strong technical analysis and debugging skills. Handle common database procedures such as upgrade, backup, recovery, migration, etc. Profile server resource usage, and optimize and tweak as necessary for maximum speed and scalability. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and interpret requirements for database development and reporting. Perform data migration, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes. Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues and provide support to end-users. Continuously monitor and improve database performance, scalability, and reliability. Create and maintain documentation for database structures, processes, and procedures. Keep up to date on best practices and new technologies.
