Your tasks

• Design, development and maintenance of ETL processes: Designing and continuously updating efficient ETL processes (Extract, Transform, Load) to integrate and provide data from various sources
• Definition of technologies and standards for data integration: selection of suitable technologies and definition of standards for data integration to ensure a consistent and scalable data architecture
• Connection of new data sources and automation of data pipelines: integration of new internal and external data sources and automation of loading processes (batch and streaming) to ensure a consistent and up-to-date database
• Implementation of data checks to ensure data quality: introduction of data cleansing, validation and monitoring measures to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the data
• Collaboration in setting up the central data platform: support in setting up and further developing a central data platform that serves as the basis for all BI activities
• Recording and documenting requirements from the specialist departments: Collecting and documenting requirements from the specialist departments in order to develop customized BI solutions that meet specific needs
  
  

Your profile

• Completed studies with a focus on information technology or a comparable qualification
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the administration of highly available databases (Microsoft SQL, PostgreSQL)
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. T-SQL, PL/pgSQL, PowerShell, Python)
• Knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g. PRTG) an advantage
• Sense of responsibility
• Analytical as well as quality and goal-oriented way of working
• German (C1) and English (B2) spoken and written skills
