该职位来源于猎聘 Summary The Database Administrator is responsible for developing and enhancing infrastructure and applications to support the growth of the business and to promote a highly available and stable computing environment.
The Database Administrator will contribute to the overall engineering, design, build and high level support of all existing and new Microsoft SQL Server systems.
As a member of the team, the successful candidate will need to work closely with our internal clients to develop consensus and find solutions to problems facing their business constituents. The ideal candidate will also play a significant role in developing and architecting the next generation architecture for the Green Dot online transactional processing environment.
Responsibilities
Responsible for ensuring availability and performance of the databases that support the system.
Work to ensure that the associated hardware resources allocated to the databases and to ensure high resilience and performance tuning.
Proactively monitor the database systems to ensure secure services with minimum downtime.
Responsible for providing trend analysis to management team to enable them to make informed decisions regarding resource management.
Responsible for troubleshooting and problem solving SQL development issues.
Responsible for improvement and maintenance of the databases to include rollout and upgrades.
Responsible for implementation and release of database changes according to agreed timescales and costs.
Green Dot operates a 24x7 card processing environment including some on-call / off-hours support.
Work with all of the IT development teams to assist in the implementation, management, development and monitoring of the databases that supports the company's IT data integrations initiatives.
Provide support and training to employees as well as troubleshoot issues.
Strong knowledge of Storage Area Networking (Performance Tuning, Identifying hotspots, etc.)
Proven experience with architecting, writing and debugging T-SQL, DTS, SSIS and stored procedures.
Strong knowledge of Disaster Recovery and Multi-Instance implementations and methodologies.
Strong server-side scripting like PowerShell and Bash
Knowledge with Ansible or PowerShell Runbooks a plus
Perform other duties as needed. Requirements
7+ years of In depth SQL Server Database Administration experience
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience
