Responsible for install, configure, maintain, and optimize database, ensuring availability, security, and performance
Communicate and build relationships with all internal and external stakeholders to identify and develop a project plan.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies.
Ensure data security by setting access permissions and implementing backup and recovery strategies.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any major (Teknik informatika, Teknik komputer, Sistem informasi, Teknologi informasi is preffered).
Minimum 1 years of working experience as a Database Administrator or related fields.
Experience in Oracle Database Cluster (RAC) installation and configuration.
Experience with backup & recovery using RMAN, Oracle Performance Tuning through AWR log analysis.
Experience in Oracle security (user roles, privileges, auditing, data encryption).
Experience with Oracle RAC, Active Data Guard for replication, high availabilty, and disaster recovery).
Experience in monitoring Oracle Database performance using tools like Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) Dynatrace, FogLight, Elastic, or built-in monitoring to ensure app health and implement fixes as required.
Experience in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, for scripting and automation.
Experience in patch management, database upgrade, and migrations.
Having an Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) for Database Administrators is preffered.
Good understanding of data security principles, rules, and responsibilities
