Summary

Description: This is an hourly part-time non-exempt position for 18 to 24 hours a week. Preference will be given to those who are willing to work occasional nights and weekends. A cover letter and amount of desired hourly wage requested with the application. This role assists the CDO/VP of Development and Communications. Coordinates a large variety of administrative functions relating to fundraising and board activities. Provides daily administrative support to the CDO with additional administrative support to the Foundation Board of Trustees and board committees. Coordinates the administrative operations of the Foundation office and manages the database and donor records. Executive Assistant Database Administrator Sample Duties: Processing Foundation revenue and expenses accurately and timely. Preparing correspondence, reports, meeting minutes. Proofreading and editing. Function as a receptionist for the Foundation team. Manage volunteers for marketing, fundraising, events and projects as needed. Serve as a backup for the CEO's executive assistant as needed. Provide daily administrative support to the Chief Development Officer. Management of the Raiser's Edge computer software system. Participate in all special events with emphasis on coordination of payments and ticket sales. Requirements: An associate degree with a minimum of two years' experience in administrative work at a level of responsibility that will require independent judgment and discretion. Experience in and ability to handle highly confidential data. Experience with computer systems and confidence in learning new software. Bachelor's degree, training and knowledge of Raiser's Edge software is preferred.
