We are on the hunt for a passionate Data Software Engineer to work with the Consumption Analytics tasks.
Responsibilities
Design and implement data ingestion solutions using Cloud Native, Big Data related technologies (including configuration management, monitoring, debugging and performance tuning)
Manage code review and dev testing of solutions to ensure it meets best practice specifications
Build collaborative partnerships with data solution architects and key individuals within other functional groups
Requirements
Solid background in Software Engineering for more than 5 years
Advance experienced in Data Software Engineering. PROD experience in building data ingestion pipelines
Deep understanding of SQL queries, joins, stored procedures, relational schemas, and SQL optimization
Programming Languages: Python/Java/Scala and SQL
Cloud-Native stack: Databricks, AWS
Big Data stack: Spark Core, Kafka, Kafka Connect, Airflow
Motivated, independent, efficient, and able to handle several projects
Practical experience in performance tuning, optimization, and problem analysis
English proficiency: B2+
