Data Security Manager

Job Summary:

The Data Security Manager will be responsible for the protection of customer data across various systems within the organization. This role involves developing and implementing robust data security frameworks, monitoring access controls, and proactively identifying and mitigating security risks. The Data Security Manager will also collaborate closely with Legal, Central IT, and Business Units to protect customer data from breaches, unauthorized access, and misuse.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and enforcing security controls, including encryption, anonymization, and access management
• Defining and monitoring role-based access policies for customer data across platforms
• Conducting regular audits and anomaly detection to identify potential threats
• Managing secure data ingestion and integration across internal teams and external vendors
• Ensuring compliance with applicable data protection regulations and corporate policies
• Performing periodic access reviews for CDEP and the Data Lake to uphold security standards

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in data security and risk management, who can lead cross-functional efforts to protect the integrity and confidentiality of Robinsons Retail’s customer data.
