Summary

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused DLP (Data Loss Prevention) & DSPM (Data Security Posture Management) Engineer to join our growing cybersecurity team. This role spans presales engineering, solution deployment, and post-sales support, working closely with clients, sales teams, and technical stakeholders to deliver robust data protection solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Presales:
  • Collaborate with sales and solution architects to understand client requirements and tailor DLP/DSPM solutions accordingly.
  • Deliver technical presentations, product demos, and proof-of-concepts to prospective clients.
  • Respond to RFPs/RFIs and create technical documentation to support the sales process.
  • Provide subject matter expertise during client meetings and product evaluations.
Deployment & Implementation:
  • Lead and execute the deployment and configuration of DLP and DSPM solutions across diverse environments (cloud, on-prem, hybrid).
  • Develop and maintain implementation plans, technical designs, and integration strategies.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (IT, Security, Compliance) to align deployments with business and security requirements.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of tools including data discovery, classification, policy creation, and incident response workflows.


Post-Sales Support:
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and tuning of DLP/DSPM systems post-deployment.
  • Deliver technical training and enablement to client teams.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and product/support teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Monitor solution effectiveness and assist with upgrades, patches, and health checks.


Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with DLP solutions (e.g., Forcepoint, Netskope, etc.) and/or DSPM tools .
  • Strong understanding of data security, data governance, privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.), and cloud security.
  • Experience in working with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data discovery across SaaS, IaaS, and on-prem.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
