We're looking for a Data Scientist / ML Engineer with 5+ years of experience to help shape the future of Agentic AI systems and build production-ready ML models that power growth, personalization, and intelligent automation.

You'll work closely with a lean, high-impact global team (currently US + India) and be central to evolving the data science roadmap and agentic capabilities that execute complex, cross-platform workflows autonomously.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

• Design, implement, and fine-tune ML algorithms that drive personalization and growth.
• Develop AI-driven autonomous agents capable of executing complex marketing workflows.
• Lead model evaluation initiatives and drive continuous improvements.
• Analyze large-scale business data to extract actionable insights.
• Present findings to product, growth, and customer teams.
• Stay at the forefront of AI/ML research and bring fresh ideas to the table.

✅ What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in training, deploying, and improving ML models.
• Strong production engineering skills—data pipelines, dashboards, etc.
• Experience in recommender systems, ranking, ads, or growth.
• Master’s or PhD in CS, ML, AI, or related fields (Top 20 universities preferred).
• Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch/JAX, and the broader data science ecosystem.
• Bonus: experience with transformer models, RAG, LLMs, or building AI agents.
• Cloud experience with large-scale data workflows (GCP, AWS, etc).
• Strong communicator and collaborator—comfortable working with global teams and flexible with time zones.
