Your Purpose

As a Data Scientist/Analyst Intern in the CRM Marketing Voice of Customer Team, you will support the collection, analysis, and communication of guest feedback. Your role will involve data analysis, report automation, and developing concepts for machine learning applications to enhance the onboard experience for millions of guests. This role is based in (Geneva).

Your Impact

Analyse and process customer feedback data to generate actionable insights.

Automate reporting processes to improve operational efficiency and accuracy.

Extract and prepare data for detailed reporting and analysis.

Support exploratory projects, including prototyping machine learning applications.

Your Journey so far

You are currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.

You have 3 to 5 years of experience in data analysis or related tasks, including internships.

You have strong programming skills in SQL and Python, with a proven ability to manage and analyse large datasets.

You have a collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

You thrive in team-oriented environments and demonstrate a keen eagerness to learn and innovate.

Your Essentials

Proficiency in programming languages, particularly SQL and Python, for data analysis and process automation.

Advanced communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to extract meaningful insights from complex data.

Fluency in English is mandatory; any other language is a plus.

Ability to work effectively with internal teams and contribute to exploratory projects that drive value.
