Role: Qualitative Analytics Data Scientist Location: San Antonio ,TX (Onsite role) Mandatory Skills: Data science, Machine learning, Quantitative analytics, Logistic Regression, Random Forest, XGBoost, Segmentation, NLP Python and SQL Primary Technologies : Data Science-Artificial Intelligence-Machine Learning Tools -Pandas Master’s degree in quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Operational Research) 6+ years of experience in data science, Qualitative analytics, and quantitative analytics roles Experience in Building and validating statistical, Qualitative, and other advanced analytics models. Experience in Model Documentation, Model Monitoring and working with Model CoE Strong Knowledge and Experience in NLP, Qualitative Model development and Model Documentation Working Experience in Clarabridge or Qualtrics is a plus Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in data. Ability to document that is easy to follow and work with Model CoE for enhancement Experience in querying and preprocessing data from structured and/or unstructured databases using query languages such as SQL, HQL, NoSQL, etc. Experience in working with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data files such as delimited numeric data files, JSON/XML files, and/or text documents, images, etc. Gathers, interprets, and manipulates structured and unstructured data to enable analytical solutions for the business. Create NLP model and document the model as per Model standards and governance Selects the appropriate modeling technique and/or technology with consideration to data limitations, application, and business needs. Review the existing model documentation and make suggestions for improvement Perform Model Monitoring processes and work closely with Model Risk Management team Consults with peers for guidance, as needed. Consults with Vendor, IT, the business, and other internal stakeholders to deploy model Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in Text Analytics, Model Management and Model Governance Collaborate with data governance teams and MRM to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry and legal standards.
